Put an end to grocery shopping confusion! Save hundreds of hours spent endlessly Googling and thousands of dollars wasted on unhealthy or unused items.
This healthy grocery shopping guide will provide all the information you'll ever need to be efficient at the grocery store and make the right choices.
“There’s so many options, I don’t know how to choose” “I’m confused about what’s healthy and what’s not” “I end up wasting produce” "I get overwhelmed at the grocery store" “How do I know if I can trust what’s on the label?”
It’s not easy to know who to trust. The media sensationalizes every nutrition study to get your click, food advertising isn’t exactly honest, your friends and family are biased, and you will always find both sides to an argument online.
The best place to get your answers is from a Nutritionist or Dietitian who has actually studied nutrition, done the research, and walks the walk.
Here’s the thing – it would take many, many appointments costing hundreds of dollars for a professional to sit down and give you all the information.
That’s why I’ve put together a concise, affordable guide with all my knowledge on what’s healthy and what’s not, so that grocery shopping can be a breeze.
“Does buying organic actually matter?” “How do I know if I can trust the label?” “What are your favourite brands?” “What type of bread should I buy?” “What is the best way to store each type of produce?” “Is frozen fruit okay to eat?” “What dairy products are better than others?” “What is a list of snacks you recommend?” “What are healthy treats I can have?” “What cooking oils should I be using, and when?” “What natural sweeteners are best to use?” “What is a good basic spice list to have on hand?”
Just like a grocery store... we’re going to walk through each food aisle together:
Because I’ve been you. Actually, I probably am you, except for the fact that I’m a Holistic Nutritionist. Confession: I don’t enjoy grocery shopping, and cooking is not one of my hobbies. I’d rather spend my time reading a good book, watching a movie, going for brunch with friends, travelling... the list goes on.
But at some point I realized that if I wanted to be a better functioning adult, I had to take control of my health, and learn how to do groceries and cook. I just wanted to do it in the most efficient way possible considering the reality of work, social obligations and well, living a life.
So that’s what I really do enjoy and what I’m good at: educating people in the simplest way possible.
Over the past few years, I’ve helped clients lose weight, fix their digestion, balance their hormones, fight anxiety and depression, sleep better and improve their energy levels. And it always starts with learning what to buy and how to eat healthier.
P.S. I only provide suggestions that are realistic – I don’t expect you to go foraging for your own herbs or churn your own butter on weekends.
This book provides so much clarity on all the questions you've ever had about healthy eating!

It's actually way more than a shopping guide; this is your Bible for making healthy lifestyle changes!
This is the most comprehensive grocery shopping guide I have ever read. It's actually way more than a shopping guide; this is your bible for making healthy lifestyle changes. My favourite part is learning how to read an ingredient label; this alone will change how you shop. Anything that Alina does, whether it's a live video, a blog post or an ebook, is so well researched, she gives you all the details. I trust all the information she provides because I know she has the knowledge and the research to back it up. Alina is my go-to nutritionist!"

Alina's book wasn't only an eye-opener, but also a life-saver (and money-saver)!
Allergies, work, and university make it really hard for me to pick out the right foods to keep my body healthy. Alina’s book wasn’t only an eye-opener but also a life-saver (and money saver)! I recommend this book to everyone who dreads grocery shopping or wants to change their lifestyle, but especially to busy students who lose track of their health.
